If I could give Dr Tendek of Edge Wellness 10 stars I would. After trying for months to find a doctor who was across peri menopause and the absolutely debilitating symptom of chronic insomnia, with secondary symptoms of hot flushes/flashes, irritability & loss of feminine confidence I finally found her. What I really appreciate is Dr Tendek’s calm, understanding manner & very progressive medical approach. She really listens to you and is open to discuss options and new research. I felt I could trust her to be 100% on my side during this very challenging time. I am so grateful, her treatment plan has been a total life changing one for me and i’m now sleeping better than I have in years, have more energy, zest for life, no hot flushes and feel like a woman again. Lyn is across all the latest research in multiple areas, so she is able to pull together her knowledge of not only western medicine, but also new information around microbiome, nutrition, and other areas, that most GPs don't seem (in my experience) to be across. She really listens, and worked with me to address and improve my health in a proactive manner, not only 'fixing' what's wrong, but looking at improving various aspects of wellness that I've not had addressed before. Result - I feel better than I have for years. Would absolutely recommend.read more

Have been seeing Dr Tendek at Edge Wellness for many years. Always a good experience. Dr Tendek thinks outside the square which is very helpful when eliminating possible causes and triggers of issues. Have found staff to be friendly and helpful. Clinic is easily accessible by either public transport or car.read more
